Interesting: my faith, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believes in all those principles save we believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. We gain eternal life after all we have done for ourselves through his saving grace. His atonement makes possible the resurrection and eternal life of those who believe and keep his commandments. We aren’t saved by anything we have done least we should boast. Once we are saved through believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and His sacrifice for OUR sin the Holy spirit in us gives us the power to live righteously. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

I agree with this. Works don’t get you salvation and I don’t believe a man’s words as being a prophet that writes extra books that it clearly states in Revelations that you should not add or remove from this holy book. You also cannot give salvation to the dead because my God gives me salvation through Him so that I can live in His word to walk in His steps so that I may get into Heaven one day. You cannot Baptize yourselves for the dead. It has to be done by those who died before they died. You guys are all messed up in your beliefs as Mormons. I have some friends that are mormon by no means do I agree with it. Read and study only the king James Version and then you shall have the truth.

You are exactly right Matt… I beleive there are a great number who don’t even know what a “freemason” is….heh, I’m just learning it myself and I’ve been of the Christian faith for 37 years. There are a number of “Masons” in my area and it seems they just believe that their mission or duty is to do great things in and for our community….I’m just learning that they are definetly a ‘cult’ and they don’t even know it….so sad.. We pray that God Almighty will open their eyes/ears/heart to the Gospel message of our Lord Jesus, and believe with all their hearts, and be ‘saved’….Praise God…!

That is one of the rewards a believer receives . A non believer obviously needs to endure some incredibly terrifying experiences for their reconciliation .

Hell is very real … there is no mistranslation. Jesus said “I am the way, the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me.” Salvation can only be found in belief in Jesus Christ, His sacrifice for our sins, His resurrection and His deity. Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. – How long does the lake of fire last? – Rev 20:10 says for ever and ever. This does mean for ever and ever – eternity.

Whats the need for a white throne judgement? Why comment on name removed if it was to become reconciled? Man shall not live (have life) by bread alone, but by every Word that proceeds out of the Mouth of God. Every Word, means Every Word, not a portion and ignore the rest.
Daniel, Paul was talking to the church, not the world, Yes you surely did misunderstand. You saying satan is reconciled is sick, sir. You can’t use part of the Bible to contradict other parts of the Bible. Rev. 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.***** If you do not repent you will be lost and spend eternity in this lake of fire, I suspect to be in the heart of the earth. Your soul will never die, but death is eternal.
I cannot believe this. Revelation 20 speaks about second death. Lake of fire. Christ speaks about Lake of fire that was created for Satan and his angels. Daniel is told on Chp 12 that some will be raised to dishounor others to eternal life. Christ speaks of goats and sheep. Revelations 18- 20 speaks of the Book of life and the destruction of those whose names were not found in this book. Paul speaks of the destruction of the children of disobedience. Malachi 5 speaks of the dreadful day of the Lord. Let God be true and every man a lier. Daniel, these scriptures were meant for people who were already Christians, not for Non-Christians. He was speaking to the Church when he wrote this. You also didn’t continue on to the next scripture. Let’s analyse the next verse: Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of [a] your evil behavior (before accepting Christ). 22) But now he has reconciled you by Christ’s physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation— 23) IF (key word here IF) you continue in your faith, established and firm, and do not move from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant.
The key word is not reconcile. Lucifer has never nor will never be able to repent, and continue in his faith and hold fast until the end. Christ died as a sacrifice for humans. Lucifer is not a human and does not qualify. You have been deceived!
I pray that you will seek God and repent of your sins. Ask Christ to come into your heart. There is no sins for humans that is too big or small for God. The Holy Spirit will guide you and teach you the truth.
The later day saints doctrine is strange to true Biblical Christians teaching, its too strange. They have a different religion. Jesus is the One God who became flesh. All things were created by Him, for Him, through Him. Great is the mystery of Godliness that God was manifested in flesh seen by Angels taken up in glory. People are not saved by ressurrection, they are saved before resurrection and they receive ertenal life (Zoe) the life of God, the Holy Spirit whilst still in this flesh. That is why Paul says we have already passed from death unto life. Death were is your sting.
